Initial contact is to be made either by mobile 07835576850 (text or chat), or by Email to myself at counsellorbyphone@hotmail.com, the purpose of which is to see if client and counsellor can work together and for you to decide whether counselling is indeed for you. I also make myself available between 4.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. on a Wednesday, to accept quick enquiries as to my counselling service. This initial chat is free of charge. Once counselling has been agreed and sessions are to commence, I will supply you with a counselling contract for your perusal, agreement and signature.
